When she's not at the bank, Michelle loves spending time with her husband and three children. She believes that “as long as we’re together, anything can be fun.” This philosophy of togetherness and joy extends to her professional life, where she brings a positive and collaborative spirit to her work.
In addition to her professional responsibilities, Michelle is actively involved in her community. She serves on the Lincoln County Hospital Board, where she contributes her expertise and passion for helping others. Her commitment to community service reflects her dedication to making a positive impact both inside and outside the bank.
Michelle finds great satisfaction in helping people achieve their dreams. “I enjoy the opportunity to help someone make their dreams come true. Whether it be growing their business or passing the family farm to the next generation, I believe that we can help make it happen,” she says.
