Celebrating 15 Years of Excellence: Kathy Schwerdtfager!
With over 28 years in the banking industry, Kathy has grown through several key roles and now serves as our EVP/Chief Operating Officer and Chief Credit Officer, exemplifying her exceptional leadership and commitment to our organization.
Kathy is also an integral member of our Board of Directors and serves on the Loan, ALCO, and Auditing Committees. Her extensive educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from McPherson College and a Master’s Degree in Personal Financial Planning from Kansas State University, along with a certificate in Financial Therapy. These credentials have equipped Kathy with a well-rounded understanding of banking and financial planning, which she applies daily to benefit our bank and customers.
